How can I track my order status?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS containing a unique tracking link. You can also track your package directly through the 'My Orders' section on our website.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other regions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment options including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for most products. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Are there any shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders above a certain cart value. For orders below that threshold, a nominal shipping fee is applied at checkout based on your delivery address.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order directly from the app or website before it has been dispatched. Once the order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled.
